Group therapy

Anxie-TEA is a six-week in person group run by Jaime Nichols, LCSW, focused on helping people explore their relationship with anxiety, with the aim of practicing and utilizing an assortment of tools, experiences, and attitudes to develop more choice and perspectives in situations where anxiety arises. Anxie-TEA combines this educational element with the conversational and insight aspects of a process group, all while enjoying and utilizing the experience of drinking tea together.

There will be two options to meet weekly: Mondays at 10 AM and Thursdays at Noon. Groups will meet for 90 minutes each week for six consecutive weeks, starting on Monday 9/16 and Thursday 9/19 respectively. Groups are limited to eight participants per session, with weekly group fees of $45 per session.
